LICENCES

I've negotiated licenses with all the big studios, from both inside and outside, held my own with A-listers, and juggled production budgets; I know what you have to deal with and I'm here to use my legal skills and my production know-how to help.

SETTLEMENTS

I'm a pro at negotiating settlements with the opposition -- the one time I couldn't get them to come around, I took it to trial and won. I don't do any litigation these days, but in the past I've handled all aspects from pre-trial motions to post-judgment orders, so I know exactly what the worst case scenario (going to court) can entail. I do have good contacts to refer you to if and when it's time to file a lawsuit (or respond to one).

CONTRACTS

I've drafted, reviewed, and negotiated for screenwriters, authors, producers, websites, contests, game apps, fine art dealers, publishers, and more. I've demanded and gotten favorable changes on behalf of my clients.

I also handle all business-related legal work -- filing trademarks, copyrights, LLCs, corporations, and partnership agreements.
